The website explains what HeroAI does and lets you talk to Nova, try a scripted demo, and ask for a call with the founders. It is information about a product, not the product.

Nova is an AI assistant, not a person. She can be wrong, and nothing she says on this site is professional, legal, financial or safety advice, or a quote. Pricing and commitments come only from the founders, in writing.

Nova on the website cannot see photos or look at your equipment. The demo runs on sample jobs we supply; its results are illustrative and are not an assessment of anything you own.

HeroAI provides triage and probable-cause assessment to support licensed trade professionals. It does not provide diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for on-site inspection by a qualified, licensed technician.

If you smell gas, see sparking, or face any other emergency, leave the building and call 911 or your gas utility from outside. Don't use this website for emergencies.

Please don't:

• try to break, overload or get around the site's limits, or scrape it;
• use Nova to produce harmful, unlawful or abusive content, or try to make her ignore her instructions;
• submit someone else's personal information without their permission;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the site or the demo.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.

Give us accurate details when you ask for a call or an email, and only details you're entitled to share. By sending them you agree that we may contact you about your request. How we handle that information is in the Privacy Policy.

The site, its design, text, images, 3D work, the demo, and the HeroAI and NOVA names and marks belong to HeroAI or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site; you may not reuse its content without permission.

The site is provided as it is, and we can change or take down any part of it at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, HeroAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from anything Nova says on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
