Hi. We’re HeroAI.
We build the part of your shop that never clocks out.
Hero.AI builds operating systems for trades contractors in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing. Hero OS gives your shop an AI front desk and back office. Her name is Nova: she answers your customers, sorts the job, and keeps one clean record of all of it.
What she actually does.
- Answers.Your website, phone and texts, in your company’s name. First ring, 2 A.M. included.
- Looks. On your site, your customer shows her the problem on their phone camera.
- Books.A priced slot in your calendar, with ranked probable causes and the parts to bring.
- Runs. The back office by text: schedule changes, tech notes, quote follow-up, reviews, invoices.
She sorts it.You fix it.
Probable causes, ranked, with a confidence band. The licensed tech on site makes the call.
Gas, sparks, sewage, a roof giving way — she stops and routes. A fixed script, not a guess.
Every action in your tools is logged and reversible, and your data lives in Canada. HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing, across the Greater Toronto Area.
Who you’ll talk to.
Builds the engine under Nova.
Brand and go‑to‑market. Before this, Grey and DotBirth — Coca‑Cola, Honda, BYD.
