Hero OS is a 60-day install that gives a trades business an AI front desk, an AI back office and one system of record. It connects to the software the shop already uses, such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan and QuickBooks Online, and writes back to it. Nothing is replaced.

HeroAI isn't for shops that want to swap out their field service software, since Hero connects to it rather than replacing it. It isn't built for businesses outside HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing, or, for now, outside the Greater Toronto Area. It also doesn't sell to homeowners; Hero sells to contractors.

No. Homeowners never pay Hero. The contractor pays for Hero OS, and their customers simply get a faster front desk.
Hero OS is a 60-day install. In days 1 to 10 your tools are connected and your price book is coded. On day 11 the AI front desk goes live on your website, phone and texts. From day 31 Hero starts writing back into your tools.
A recorded 45-minute interview, about two hours of price-book review in the first month, and a 15-minute check-in each week for the 60 days.
There is a one-time install fee for the 60-day onboarding, then a monthly fee per agent. Most shops start with the front desk agent plus one back-office agent. You keep paying for your existing software. The founders quote it for your shop on a call.
Yes. Hero adds one line of code to your site and the widget replaces your contact form. If you don't have a site, or don't like yours, Hero builds one from your price book: services with price bands, service area, licensing, reviews, hours and emergency policy.

Yes. HeroAI reads your invoices and their line items from QuickBooks Online, codes them to your price book, and from day 31 can send QuickBooks invoices with coded lines. Every write is logged and reversible.

Yes. It picks up on the first ring at any hour, including the calls you would otherwise miss at night and while your techs are on site.
It triages. On your website the customer can turn on their camera and be guided through what to show. Hero ranks the probable causes with a confidence band and gives a scope band, and the licensed tech on site makes the call.
Emergencies such as a gas smell, sparking, sewage or a roof giving way are caught and routed to a fixed safety script that you have reviewed. The words are never generated by the AI.
Your data is hosted in Canada. You own it and can export it at any time. Hero uses de-identified, coded job records across contractors to improve accuracy and price bands.
Yes. Every action Hero takes inside your tools is logged and can be reversed, and every number in a report traces back to the frame, note or document it came from.
Your website and phone number keep working. If a service fails, the agent retries or offers a callback, so the worst case is a voicemail with a callback promise.
